The key is finding foods that fuel your body before training and help you recover after. Think whole foods, lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables, and plenty of water.

Nutrition for All Ages

Kids (Ages 4-12)

Building strong bones and muscles during growth years. Focus on whole foods, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats to support active training and school performance.

Teens (Ages 13-17)

Peak growth and energy demands. Teens need more calories and nutrients for both training and development. Proper fueling supports athletic performance and mental health.

Adults (18+)

Before and After Training

Timing your meals and snacks makes a real difference in how you perform and recover.

Before Training

Eat a light meal 2-3 hours before class, or a small snack 30 minutes before. Focus on carbs and a bit of protein. Avoid heavy, greasy foods that sit in your stomach.

After Training

Refuel within 30 minutes of finishing. Combine protein and carbs to rebuild muscle and restore energy. A smoothie, turkey sandwich, or protein snack works great.
